What electric pool cleaner does your pool need?
The electric pool cleaner is undoubtedly the best option for a precise and fast cleaning, they are totally autonomous. In pools with weaker filtration, electric cleaners are indispensable, because hydraulic cleaners often have cleaning difficulties (since they work thanks to the energy of the pool filtration pump).
What you should really take into account is that the degree of its effectiveness depends on finding the balance between the selected model and the characteristics of your pool. What should you keep in mind?
Installation: if you have an above-ground pool with rigid walls (removable pool), the best option is a cleaner that only cleans the bottom. The rounded angles between the floor and the walls make it difficult for the robot to climb them.
Pool shape: for flat bottom pools, you can choose a 2-motor model, efficient, light and easy to use. If your pool has areas that are more difficult to clean (diamond tip, stairs, etc …) it is better to choose a model equipped with 3 motors that can rotate, adjust its direction in the face of any obstacle and have access to all corners of the pool.
Pool liner: if your pool liner is slippery (pools with tile) the best option is a 4-wheel drive cleaner equipped with suction cup wheels or with brushes designed to stick to the walls.
